By using www.soulonsky.com or placing an order with Soul On Sky, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Our sneakers are handcrafted and hand-embroidered by artisans. Small variations in embroidery, beadwork, colour and placement are natural and are part of the handmade character of each pair. Screen colours may also differ slightly from the actual product.

2. Ready-to-ship orders

Ready-to-ship designs are made in advance and dispatched after your order is confirmed. Please check the size before ordering.

3. Crafted on Request (custom orders)

Crafted on Request designs are made only upon request and involve over 50 hours of artistry per pair. Pricing, timeline and payment terms are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before work begins. Custom orders start only after the agreed advance is received. Because these pairs are made specially for you, they are not eligible for cancellation, return or refund once work has started.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We may change prices at any time, but an order you have already placed will not be affected. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

5. Order acceptance

We may cancel or refuse an order in case of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather or festival and wedding-season demand. Please order well ahead of your event. Soul On Sky is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns and refunds

8. Care of products

Embroidered footwear is delicate. Avoid water, rain and rough surfaces, and follow the care instructions given with your pair. Damage caused by misuse or improper care is not covered.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, logos and the Soul On Sky brand on this website belong to Soul On Sky. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Soul On Sky is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
