Once your order is confirmed, your pair is packed and shipped. Delivery takes 3-5 days anywhere in India.
Crafted on Request (custom designs)
Crafted on Request pairs are made specially for you, with over 50 hours of artistry in every pair.
- Making time: 2-3 weeks after your order and advance payment are confirmed
- Delivery: 3-5 days anywhere in India after your pair is ready
- Total time: approximately 3-4 weeks from confirmation to your doorstep
Timelines are counted from the date we confirm your design and receive the agreed advance, not from the date of your first enquiry.
Planning for a wedding?
Please order well ahead of your event, especially in wedding season, when demand is high. For custom designs, we recommend placing your order at least 5-6 weeks before your event so you have time to spare.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details with you on WhatsApp or email.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates. Courier delays, weather, festivals and incorrect or incomplete addresses can affect delivery. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
